昨天我作了一件很愚蠢的事情~~差一點把自已給噎死
習慣吃藥一起吃的我(所有的藥丸)，昨天吃維它命C和綜合維他命時
沒留意一顆是圓的一顆是像膠囊狀的，就一起把它們給吞下去~
結果，悲慘的事情發生了~
綜合維他命順利的到達它該去的地方，
但是維他命C圓的那一顆卡在我的喉嚨中間，要上不上，要下不下的，讓我難過不已
無論我喝了多少的水，還是沒有用，
早該想到那麼一大片，應該是要分兩次吃的~
過了些分鐘，終於把它給吐了出來了，連同剛喝下的水，
這感覺好恶心哦，(因為我很少有嘔吐的經驗)~
哎~~好在，我救了我自已!
不過，我得要清理殘局~~

I did the foolest thing yesterday that I almost died from vitamins
I used to swallow all of my medicine at one time , but this time one of the vitamins was bigger than the other one
When I took vitamin C& multi-vitamin the worse thing happened
The smaller multi-vitamin passed the through the throat successfully, but the other vitamin c became shock in the middle of my throat.
I couldn't cough if out or swallow it
I felt so bad for myself. I couldn't cough it out no matter how much water I drank
I was so foolish, I could predict it before I took but I still did it.
I should have taken them separately
Finally, a fet minutes later, the multi-vitamin was coughs out along with the water
It was so disgusting, I will never forget it
Oh, thanks god! I saved my self but now I must claen up the mess.
