My teacher went fishing last weekend, he got bumper crop. He got many Tuna back home and sold it out.
After the class, I got 2 pieces of Tuna for free from my teacher. That's so weird, I still have class but I bring the tuna with me.
I am a poor cook for fish. In fact, I can't cook fish. When I was considering how could I cook it then an idea was running out.
I asked a help to a chef who was worked in our cafeteria. "Could you teach me how can I cook this tuna?" When he saw my uncooked
fish he was shot, and called the director. I entered the kitchen and he asked me what kind of favor did I like? He can cook the fish now
This was my turn; it was my shot " Cook tuna, now?" While he cut the tuna and also responds to my questions, he was so kind and patient with me.
And also he is a professional chef. He used the Thai spicy sauce+chinese spicy sauce+garlic to dress the tuna, and sesame put a cover over
the tuna and fry it. When the sesame sticky the meat than put it in the oven. The chef baked it for 10 mins until it wast done.
I hate sesame for no reason when I saw the chef use sesame to dress it, I had a bad feeling. But I must say it was really delicious, when
I tasted it. That was so cool. I was so happy. The best thing was I got a free fish and even better is the chef cooked it for me. I learned
how to cook fish. It was so lovely~~~
ps--I still have another piece of tuna in the kitchen, and the chef will cook another for me the next day! hahahahhah~~happy!
